We start with your room, your budget, and your timeline — in our Keene showroom, at your home, or over photos and a floor plan if that's easier.
We pull samples from our authorized manufacturer lines that fit your look and use case, and where helpful, bring full-size boards so you can see a larger run of pattern and veining.
Once you've settled on a material, we calculate exact quantities including a reasonable waste factor, and provide a written quote covering material, and installation if you're using our installation partners.
Imported tile typically ships in four to eight weeks depending on the manufacturer and whether the line is in current production. We confirm lead time in writing before you commit.
Tile is delivered to your job site or staged for pickup, and we coordinate scheduling with your contractor or one of our installation partners.
We keep a record of what was ordered — manufacturer, line, lot number — so future repairs or additions can match as closely as possible.
